We had to react quickly to a last-minute request from a client, late one Thursday afternoon at 4:30pm. A medical machine failed on site in Leeds. Fortunately, we had a replacement piece of kit available in our warehouse. We guaranteed next-day delivery by 3pm buy deploying our metaphorical emergency “blue light” service. This enabled the hospital department to continue with their valuable lifesaving work by driving through the night.
